this is our farm
Full of Life Farm was started in 2023 on ¾ of an acre in the foothills of Mt Hood in Sandy, OR. From its inception, the farm has been committed to growing high-quality, nutrient-dense produce, and offering it to our community at an accessible price. On our farm we use organic and ecologically-regenerative practices that promote soil health and biodiversity. The main source of fertility comes from organic, plant-based compost, and we never use livestock farming byproducts like manure, blood meal, or feather meal. Our hope is for the farm to be both socially and environmentally responsible–nourishing people and the planet–and for it to be a productive member of the local food system for generations to come.

We’re excited to announce that Full of Life Farm has been accepted into the Headwaters Farm Incubator program in Gresham, OR! It provides access to farmland, equipment, and other resources to local farm businesses. We'll begin growing at the Headwater Farm property in 2026, in addition to our location in Sandy.

Business partners Ryan McGuire and Joseph Davenport hate being photographed, but love farming. As owner-managers of Full of Life Farm, they are dedicated to their work and are each respectively fulfilling their life-long dream of having their own farm. (Huzzah!). They have a combined 18 years of experience working on organic farms, and have worked for farms both large and small in Oregon, Washington, South Carolina, and Massachusetts.

Sam Joseph is our Marketing and Office Manager. An artist by trade, she aids the team with the more creative tasks (and the mundane computerey ones as well) Though she doesn't grow the vegetables, she does love to cook with them, and you can catch her at the farmers markets where she'll talk to you about her favorite recipes to try.
